Inside Renewal Representative - Nordics

This role will fit into the larger team of the Infrastructure Management business unit within Progress, which is comprised of the following products Chef, WhatsUp Gold, Kemp LoadMaster and Flowmon.
In this role, you will be working with our customers to ensure the successful renewal and retention of existing client contracts. By demonstrating the value and benefits of the Progress products, you will be identifying opportunities to close more revenue and enable the adoption and expansion of our solutions by up-selling and cross-selling.
In this role, you will:
- Customer Retention: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively address customer concerns, provide solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs. Execute retention strategies to minimize customer churn and increase customer lifetime value.
- Expansion: Identify and qualify new business opportunities within Progress existing customer base. Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of Renewal & Expansion targets. Network, build relationships and collaborate within a 2-Tier Distribution partner ecosystem
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions to upgrade and upsell existing clients. Effectively communicate the unique selling points of our offerings and tailor presentations to address specific client needs.
Your background:
- Background in contract renewals, sales operations, or account management within an enterprise environment
- Relevant educational background in technology, business, economics, or similar.
- Proficiency in English, any Nordic language will be a strong advantage
- Very good command of Excel with the ability to easily interpret mathematical information
- Results-driven, with a customer-first mentality and eager to learn
- Strong communication, consultative, and influencing skills
- Proven team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet evolving business requirements
- Stealth attention to detail, following and improving processes
